Brian and staff, our family couldn't be any more impressed with the outstanding experience we had during the very difficult time of burying my mother. From Pre-Planning to Mom going to her final resting place every part of the process was handled with the utmost dignity and efficiency. Brian and his staff took the time to answer all our questions/concerns and requests. They scanned our photos and made a beautiful tribute video that was also put on a thumb drive and given to use as keepsake. What I thought was very lovely was that each flower arrangement that had been sent was photographed and given a special thank you card. Everyone involved went so above and beyond and you feel how much everyone cares to make sure that all your wishes and expectations are met. I’d highly recommend Farmer Funeral Homes to all my family and friends after such a wonderful experience in such dark days.

I highly recommend the folks at Farmer & Sons Funeral Home in Haverhill, Massachusetts. My dear mother passed away during the July 4th holiday week in the State of Maine. Mom had expressed her wishes many times that she wanted to be buried in her beloved home town of Haverhill, near all of her family. Brian made the process of transporting Mom from Maine to Massachusetts a breeze – no small feat during a holiday week. Farmers guided me every step of the way, and they are extremely professional with respect to every detail large and small. Farmers has handled all of our family’s funerals since I can remember. As difficult as it is to lose a parent, the funeral arrangements were one thing that I did NOT have to worry about. In today’s world of generally subpar service, Farmers is a notable exception, continuing with the same standard of excellence that they have had for generations. Thanks you for everything, Farmers. Right from our initial phone call we were guided (by Mr. Rob Regan) with professionalism and compassion. We were also given the necessary guidance with tenderness and honesty. The lovely ladies in the office were equally kind and extremely helpful with each and every phone correspondence. We had funeral services for my mother at the Bradford location. The funeral home was beautiful and the staff was great. Mike was the director that worked us and really helped us through a difficult time. My mother's death was traumatic and unexpected. However Mike and the rest of the team helped to make this hard time easier on my family. They worked with us around our schedules and made the process go quickly, while also working with our pace and had the patience to work with us on many things. I would recommend Farmers and Mike to anyone who needs services.

My father's recent passing left our family feeling shocked and lost. The staff at Farmer and Sons, especially Brian, was an endless source of help and compassion. Having guidance and support made the arrangement process easier, and even the smallest details were covered. In what was an incredibly difficult time, it was a great relief to be so well cared for. The staff at Farmer & Sons is exceptional. Rob Regan was our funeral director. I cannot thank him enough for everything he helped me and my family through. He answered every question we had with respect and compassion. If he didn't have the answer, he got it for us. He made us laugh and tried to keep things light as he knew we had heavy hearts at this time, with my husband’s passing. He made us laugh as we remembered the little details about my husband’s past but he did so with respect. All the members of the staff were helpful and compassionate. They made you feel comfortable and did not pressure you into making purchases you did not need or want. The presentation of my husband was beautiful and tastefully done. They allowed us to put several items with him to appease our young daughter. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help us through this sad time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in need of funeral services.

Our experience with Farmers was above and beyond anything that we could have envisioned. Rob and Mike took such good care of us during this very difficult time with care and respect before, during and after the process of our Mother's service. Rob guided us through the entire schedule of events with such professionalism and good nature, that it made an extremely difficult time so much easier. They were there every step of the way and on the day of the service everything was absolutely perfect. They did a terrific job with every detail without flaw. At the end of the day they provided a service to our family, but we left them feeling nothing but gratitude for the first class sendoff they gave our beloved Mother. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the care and concern we received from the staff of Farmers and Sons upon the death of my mother. From the moment I called Brian to inform him of her passing, I knew she was in good hands and would be well cared for. Brian was so kind and compassionate not only with me, but my father and my entire family. He listened attentively and was able to direct us when we were unsure of which direction to go. We were able to provide my mother with an appropriate, beautiful and meaningful wake and funeral. Knowing that Brian, Rob & the rest of the staff were walking with us during this difficult time was reassuring and comforting.
