Obituary for Joseph T. Capeles

Joseph T. Capeles of Groveland passed away on Thursday, October 11 at Lawrence General Hospital.
Mr. Capeles was born in Haverhill on February 27, 1957 the son of the late Joseph G. and Janice M. (Caltabellotta) Capeles.
He was educated in the Haverhill public schools and graduated from Haverhill High School with the class of 1976.
For many years, Joe was employed as a currier at DHL Express.
In his free time, he enjoyed playing tennis, watching sports, fishing, and spending time at Winnekenni.
He was predeceased by his brother Michael G. Capeles.
Mr. Capeles is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Nina (Shoolman) Capeles of Groveland; a daughter, Alicia M. Pina and her husband Danny of Haverhill; a sister Ann M. Moriarty of Bradford; three grandchildren, Mariah, Jaydon and Sophia, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday, October 19, at 10:30 am at All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alan Shoolman Library Fund, Franciscan Children’s, 30 Warren Street, Brighton, MA 02135.
